We have an exciting opportunity in our North Ormesby Dialysis clinic for an experienced manager or deputy who is looking to make the next move in their career and progress to clinic management.

Main duties of the job

Full responsibility and accountability for the daily operational and clinical management, in order to meet quality outcomes for medical and financial performance.

Role Overview: We seek a passionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Manager to lead our North Ormesby Dialysis Unit, inspiring the team, innovating patient care, and elevating clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning with a focus on patient care.
  • Develop and mentor healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Prioritize patient-centric care, addressing concerns with compassion.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of constant improvement and high service standards.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and supplies efficiently.
  • Participate in the UK-wide Clinic Manager Development Programme for growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A passion for patient care and making a difference.
  • Registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
  • Experience in healthcare management; dialysis experience is not essential.
  • Proven managerial experience in acute healthcare, ideally CQC registered.
  • Understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
