Role Overview:

We are seeking apassionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Managerto lead our North Ormesby Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the North Ormesby Dialysis Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop, mentor, and empower your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Ensure thatpatients are at the heartof everything we do – addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional care that goes beyond expectations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
  • Drive clinical excellence by continuously improving patient outcomes through best practices, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Foster a culture ofconstant improvement, motivating your team to reach new heights in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
  • Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in ourClinic Manager Development Programmeto grow both personally and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:We are looking for someone with:

  • A passion for patient careand the drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • Aregistered nurse (NMC)qualification.
  • Dialysis experience isn't essential as we are seeking an experienced manager who can lead and manage the team.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, ideally previously CQC registered.
  • In-depth understanding of theHealth and Social Care Act 2008and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
  • A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
