Job Title - Clinic Manager

Location - Birmingham

Hours - 40 hrs per week, Full Time

We are looking for aClinic Manager to manage our Birmingham clinic providing both Optical& Aesthetic services, working on a rota that includes weekends.Reporting to the Divisional director, you will play a key role inensuring your clinic achieves financial performance by:

• Leading, motivating and managing a high performing team.
• Delivering industry leading customer service.
• Makingour vision and values live and breathe.
• Effective teamrostering, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at theright time.
• P&L management, taking every opportunity tominimize costs and maximise revenue.
• Ensuring audit,policies, procedures and medical governance standards are met at alltimes.

What will we look for in you?

• Ideally you’ll have a minimum of three years Managementexperience gained within either the Optical, Private Health, Beauty /Spa, Hospitality, Retail or Service sectors.
• Experience ofworking within a target driven and fast paced environment.
• Proven people management skills, capable of building andleading high performing teams.
• Excellent organizational andcommunication skills
• Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetarymanagement to control costs.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity andthe daily challenges of ‘management’.
• A good understanding ofstatutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQCpolicies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
• Genuinedesire to work in the Aesthetic and Optical Industries.
