Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience.
• Experience in charity, community organisation, healthcare service or similar setting.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic's daily administrative and operational activities.
• Supervise reception, appointment booking and patient communication processes.
• Coordinate staff rotas, working hours, holidays and treatment-room allocation.
• Monitor patient bookings, cancellations, therapist capacity and service demand.
• Ensure patient records and data protection are followed.
• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and filing systems.
• Monitor clinic income, expenses, outstanding payments and operational performance.
• Prepare regular reports on bookings, revenue, staffing and growth.
• Support recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
• Handle patient enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Develop relationships with charities, community groups and local organisations.
• Identify partnership, referral and outreach opportunities.
• Explore grants and funding programmes for community health initiatives.
• Support introduction and promotion of new clinic services.
• Assist with finding suitable premises for expansion.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and community engagement.
• Maintain health and safety and safeguarding standards.
