Job summary

Good Health Centre in Leeds is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the busy musculoskeletal clinic. You will work with the Clinical Director and central teams to ensure smooth scheduling, high quality patient care, and sustainable growth.

This 4-day-per-week role is on-site at LS8 2AL with on-site parking, offering £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience and a supportive, expanding healthcare group environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Practice Manager or similar operational leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare or service-led environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness with KPI/data fluency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, proactive ownership.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and team leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop reception/admin staff and onboarding with Clinical Director.
• Monitor patient experience, retention, and feedback.
• Track clinic KPIs and report to management.
• Coordinate budgeting and stock control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data protection.
