Job summary

The Talent Edit Group is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of a successful clinic business in London. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, working closely with the Founder and Medical Director to turn ambition into results.

You’ll own the clinic’s commercial performance, lead a high-performing team, and shape growth through revenue opportunities, partnerships, and efficient capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Led a commercially successful business, clinic or multi-department operation.
• Able to manage P&L with strategic clarity and hands-on execution.
• Strong track record in team building and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinic’s full commercial, operational and strategic performance.
• Take ownership of the P&L, including revenue, costs, margins, budgets and forecasting.
• Identify and act on opportunities to grow revenue, profitability and capacity.
• Develop and execute a clear business plan and growth strategy.
• Explore new partnerships, services and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee all clinic departments with clear targets and accountability.
• Provide operational oversight of non-surgical clinical services.
• Manage capacity, rotas, appointment utilisation and resource planning.
• Uphold high standards of patient experience, governance and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, overseeing HR, recruitment and culture.
