Role: General Manager, UK Telehealth Clinic, Medical Cannabis (CBPMs)

The opportunity

We are looking for a commercially sharp, credible healthcare leader to take full ownership of a CQC-registered telehealth clinic at a pivotal moment in its journey. This is a rare chance to put your stamp on a healthcare business at exactly the right moment. You will have the backing of an experienced global group, the autonomy to lead locally, and the mandate to build something credible, compliant, and profitable from the ground up.

The clinic has recently been acquired by a highly successful international telehealth group and now needs a Country General Manager who can stabilise, rebuild, and grow the operation with confidence, pace, and rigour. • Lead and align clinical and non-clinical teams around clear goals and accountability

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will be close to the detail when needed, and firmly focused on outcomes at all times.

Who this will suit

You are likely already operating at senior level in healthcare, telehealth, or another tightly regulated environment. Experience in medical cannabis or similar sectors is a strong advantage, but not essential.
