Clinical Coordinator

London Medical (W1U 5HJ)

Salary : 28000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Full time only no part time available (Mon-Sun 8 : 00am-20 : 00hrs)

London Medical is a specialist outpatient clinic located in Londons renowned medical district Harley Street and is now a part of Bupa Health Services. Our diabetes and specialist services offer customers fast access to diagnosis treatment and support when they need it as well as onward pathways to high quality care at Bupas Cromwell Hospital.

How you’ll help us make health happen by :

You will ensure all administrative activities required within London Medical are managed effectively and efficiently to provide world class care to patients and provide a positive consultant experience. Youll proactively support specialty services including but not limited to Breast care Diabetes Urology services Gynaecology Gastroenterology ENT and paediatrics.

  • Welcoming all patients visitors and consultants to the clinic in a professional friendly courteous and helpful manner to assist in and provide the highest standard of patient care.
  • Complete all administrative tasks within service lines in London Medical with particular focus on specialty services accurately and efficiently in line with key performance indicators set by the management team.
  • Where required complete any front of house / general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate clinics services and specialty pathways communicating effectively with both patients and clinicians involved in delivering care.
  • Support administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling sending reports and liaising with referrers and reporters.
  • Ensure patients are correctly registered for London Medical services including capture of payments insurance details and financial authorisations.
  • Be the point of contact for front of house admin team members to refer any patient queries regarding services within London Medical.
  • Diary management and liaison with consultant PAs and practice managers regarding any issues related to the above.
  • Offer an outstanding customer service to our patients our consultants and their PAs and the ability to liaise and engage positively with all stakeholders including consultants secretaries practice managers and referrers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
