Moray Council is seeking a part-time climbing instructor to provide a safe, high-quality service at the Climbing Centre. The role includes route setting, wall management, and collaboration with communications for media tasks.

Applicants must have CWI/RCI qualifications and strong customer care skills. The position is temporary until 31 December 2027, 18 hours per week, with a starting salary of £26,898 (pro rata) and hourly rate £14.27. PVG scheme is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in climbing instruction/coaching.

• Observational skills to manage wall users.
• Ability to lift and carry weight and move equipment.

Aufgaben

• Provide a climbing instructor service.
• Perform climbing wall duties, including route setting and administration tasks.
• Manage media for Climbing Centre with others (e.g. Communications).
• Carry out other duties as required by management.
