• All team members are fully trained in all areas up to instructor level.
• Performing rescues at height.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment using belay ropes.
• Briefing and training visitors on safety and session rules.
• Maintaining a safe but fun environment for all ages.
• Upholding business policies and regulations.
• Interacting with customers and providing assistance.
• Attending ongoing staff training and development opportunities.
• Supporting reception duties.
• Assisting with café duties when required.
