Job summary

City Plumbing is seeking a Sales Executive to drive our climate proposition to market from the Crick Support Centre. You will proactively engage new prospects, generate fresh enquiries, and expand brand exposure while contributing to a rapidly expanding business.

You will build strong relationships with customers, manage quotes end-to-end, and collaborate with the branch, category, and estimating teams to deliver tailored plumbing & heating solutions.

Qualifications

• A sales-driven, outgoing personality with a proven talent for building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with people and resolve issues from start to finish.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers and generate sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Build strong relationships with a dedicated customer base to encourage repeat business and boost profits.
• Manage customer quotes from start to finish, maximizing conversion and profitability.
• Team up with branch, category and estimating departments to deliver tailored solutions and win more sales.
• Keep customer records updated in the CRM and track your metrics to exceed your personal sales targets.
• This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position (Monday to Friday) located at our Crick Support Centre.
