Job summary

Fieldfisher is seeking a Climate & Environment Manager/Senior Manager to lead the firm’s climate strategy across European offices. You will translate ambitions into measurable actions, collaborating with Facilities, Procurement, Finance and HR. Senior stakeholders and external partners will rely on your expertise to drive Net Zero outcomes.

The role offers hybrid work in a professional services environment, with ongoing ESG reporting and data management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading climate and Net Zero programmes.
• Experience with GHG accounting (Scope 1-3).
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Knowledge of reporting standards (CDP, CSRD, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and development of Net Zero strategy with action plans.
• Drive emissions reduction targets across Scope 1-3.
• Lead energy, travel, waste and workplace sustainability initiatives.
• Manage greenhouse gas inventory and data quality.
• Support sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement and operations to improve performance.
• Monitor climate regulation and market developments.
• Produce reports and dashboards for executives and governance.
• Engage across European offices via communications and training.
• Act as an internal adviser on climate and environmental matters.
