Job summary

Oxfam Pilipinas seeks an experienced communications and campaigns professional to lead the Climate Justice portfolio’s outreach and advocacy efforts. You will develop and implement strategies, produce multimedia content, gather stories of change, and support partners to amplify campaigns across portfolios.

You will work with the PAC teams, prepare donor reports, and monitor performance with analytics tools, upholding safeguarding and gender justice commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in development communications or related field with emphasis on climate justice campaigns.
• 3+ years' experience in policy advocacy, communications or campaigning, with leadership or teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Filipino and other local languages.
• Proven experience in multimedia production and using media monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of development, climate justice, gender justice and humanitarian issues in Global South.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of CJ communications and campaigns strategy.
• Collaborate with CJ Portfolio and PAC Teams to implement strategy and activities.
• Create engaging multimedia content (social posts, web stories, infographics, videos, newsletters).
• Gather stories of change from project partners and communities.
• Support capacity building on communications and campaigning for CJ team and partners.
• Provide admin and logistics support for events and campaigns.
• Prepare campaigns reports and knowledge products for donors and internal use.
• Monitor communications performance using analytics tools.
• Represent the organization externally as delegated.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding, equity and gender justice principles.
