We're seeking a highly skilled Climate Chance Analyst specialising in atmospheric perils and climate change to support AXA UK’s risk assessment and model development activities. This role will focus on analysing and refining catastrophe models, translating scientific research into practical insurance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will contribute to scientific research, risk assessment techniques, and the ongoing development and validation of AXA’s internal catastrophe models, with a particular emphasis on climate change impacts and atmospheric risks.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
