Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in the South West seeks a Building Surveyor to join its client-side property team covering Taunton, Bristol and wider South West. The role offers home-based work with site visits across the region and opportunities for APC development.

You will undertake a broad range of Building Surveying activities, deliver projects up to £2m, provide technical advice, manage stakeholders, and support procurement and contractor management within a supportive, progressive team.

Qualifications

Building Surveyor – Client-Side

Location: Taunton / Bristol / South West

Working Pattern: Predominantly Home Working

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are currently working with a well-established organisation seeking a Building Surveyor to join their client-side property team, covering the Taunton, Bristol and wider South West area.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to move into a client-side environment, offering the chance to work on a varied portfolio of interesting projects valued at up to £2m.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced property team, you will be involved across a broad range of Building Surveying and project-related activities, providing technical advice and supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

Projects can range in value up to approximately £2m, providing exposure to a varied and interesting portfolio rather than being restricted to one particular project type.

The role is predominantly home-based, with site visits and occasional travel required across the South West.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking a range of Building Surveying and project management activities

MRICS, MCIOB or MCABE would be desirable, although candidates who are working towards professional qualification will also be considered.

You should have:
