Job summary

Ameera Talent Solutions in London is seeking a Client Support professional for a treaty reinsurance team. The role is in a Specialty Reinsurance unit handling property, casualty, marine, energy, terror, cyber and aviation. You will work with brokers, clients and underwriters across new business, renewals and mid-term changes, ensuring treaties are placed, documented and run properly.

Training is provided. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in the London market and a solid grounding in treaty

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence building relationships.
• Numerate, organised and detail-driven, and calm under deadline pressure.
• Experience supporting treaty brokers through the placement process.
• Working knowledge of MRC production.

Responsibilities

• Review client documentation to ensure it is complete and accurate for quoting.
• Prepare or check market presentations and gather client requirements for each risk.
• Produce compliant Market Reform Contracts and market documents with proper authorisations.
• Be a day-to-day contact for clients and respond to market queries quickly.
• Support senior brokers with renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Coordinate between Broking and Technical Processing with accurate handover docs.
• Monitor premium payments and keep client files up to date.

Our client is growing its Treaty team and wants a Client Support professional at the centre of the placement process within a Specialty Reinsurance team, organised by class of business: property, casualty, marine, energy and terror, cyber and aviation. It is a hands‑on role with real exposure: you will work alongside brokers, clients and underwriters across new business, renewals and mid‑term changes, making sure every treaty is placed, documented and run properly. Training is provided, so it suits someone with a solid London market grounding who wants to deepen their treaty expertise.

The treaty cycle you will support

• Review: check client submissions are complete and accurate before quoting.
• Prepare: build or check market presentations and capture client requirements.
• Document: produce compliant MRCs and market documents with the right sign-offs.
• Hand over: brief Technical Processing and track premium to its due date.

What you will do

• Produce high quality, compliant Market Reform Contracts and market documents, with the correct authorisations in place
• Be a day‑to‑day contact for clients, and respond to market and third‑party queries quickly
• Build strong working relationships with clients and underwriters, and support senior brokers with renewals and mid‑term adjustments
• Act as the link between Broking and Technical Processing, with accurate handover documentation
• Monitor premium payments, make sure due dates are met, and keep client files and system records accurate
• Plan your own workload to agreed targets, contribute to team meetings and provide management information when needed

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

What you will bring

• 3 to 4 years’ experience, ideally in treaty reinsurance
• A background supporting treaty brokers through the placement process
• Working knowledge of MRC production
• Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence building relationships
• Numerate, organised and detail‑driven, and calm under deadline pressure
• Competent in Word, Excel and Outlook
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (A levels desirable)
