Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD in Greater London is seeking a Client Service Product Support Specialist to act as a technical escalation point for CSR inquiries across asset classes within the legacy Enfusion architecture. The role requires deep knowledge of financial instruments and strong analytical skills to resolve complex data issues.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of client support for Order Execution Management Systems or Portfolio Management Systems.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, listed and complex swaps/derivatives.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical escalation for CSR inquiries across asset classes in Enfusion.
Collaborate with Level 1 personnel in the EMEA Asset Manager pod.
Resolve trading data, P&L, and positions discrepancies via advanced reconciliations.
Investigate recurring issues, document findings, and implement long-term fixes.
Deliver training for Level 1 staff, Account Managers and SDMs on troubleshooting techniques.
Coordinate with SME’s, trading, operations, product management and engineering for resolutions.
