Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning administration, paraplanning or client servicing.
• Understanding of financial planning processes and the roles of administration and paraplanning teams.
• Attention to detail and high client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Administration and paraplanning teams.
• Allocate work, manage workloads and ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
• Monitor outstanding cases, identify backlogs and reprioritise work where necessary.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to colleagues, helping with training and development.
• Hold regular team catch-ups and one-to-one meetings to review progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Director on team performance, workloads and capacity.
• Provide hands-on support with client administration and more complex cases where required.
