As a Client Support Coordinatorbased in our Amersham showroom, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and manage delivery processes, ensuring a smooth handover with consultants, engaging clients, and setting viable delivery dates.

  • Oversee payments and credit accounts, ensuring accurate processing in line with Sales Ledger procedures.

  • Monitor and manage orders proactively, addressing purchase order issues, tracking progress, and updating clients as needed.

  • Support showroom operations, assisting with administration, liaising with clients, and collaborating with sales consultants.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
