Job Description:

The Senior Consultant, Client Success for Client Services (EU) plays a crucial role in supporting the EU VP Client Success CE, SE, FBL, to whom the position will report, to drive strategic and transformational initiatives and support activities needed to achieve regional CS objectives. This position involves designing, coordinating, delivering, and managing high-profile activities across the EU Client Services Leadership Team and respective functions. The role also requires the development of strong partnerships, collaboration, and coordination of initiatives with stakeholders from other EU, Global, and other Regions’ functions.

The specific responsibilities of the role will evolve according to the needs of the Client Services Leadership. Current responsibilities span across the following key areas:

  1. Support the EU Client Services Leadership with the design and execution of EU-wide strategic and transformation initiatives, including, but not limited to, Accelerating Time to Revenue and the design of a CS operating oversight model for the Eurozone, including the definition of roles and responsibilities of the branch and the interaction with and response model from existing EU CS functions. It also includes supporting the design and execution of an EU-wide Client Engagement Strategy, including analysis, planning, internal and external client communications, reporting, and monitoring.
  2. Assist in Business Planning and Performance activities, such as preparing comprehensive reports and reviews at regional and sub-regional levels, monitoring targets and OKRs, and providing actionable insights for improvement and target setting.
  3. Conduct in-depth analyses to generate insights supporting strategy, planning, and growth acceleration.
  4. Collaborate with leadership teams and other functions to socialize initiatives, improve processes, and coordinate training initiatives.
  5. Support the definition of the CS Client Value Proposition, including preparing presentations for strategic client engagements and RFP responses.
  6. Assist in developing presentations and analyses for executive reviews and communications.

This is a hybrid position. The in-office days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience in business planning, strategy, data analysis, and insight delivery, with a proven track record of creating business value from data.
  2. Ability to formulate strategy, challenge the status quo, drive change, and deliver results across functions.
  3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and generate insights.
  4. Advanced communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and effectively.
  5. Proven ability to turn research and data into engaging stories and strategic insights.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with influence and credibility in a matrix organization.
  7. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and results orientation.
  8. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and business process management with MS Dynamics.
  9. Experience in diverse markets and functions, including client engagement and services operations.
  10. Proficiency in creating dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
  11. Experience in program management, Lean Six Sigma certification, and leading pan-European teams.
  12. Technical aptitude and industry knowledge of electronic payments.
  13. Understanding of Visa's operations and organizational structure.
  14. Demonstrated leadership and executive presence.
