Job summary

Safpro is hiring a Client Support Executive for our Gloucester HQ in-person team. You will manage client inquiries, orders, and support tickets, delivering high-quality day-to-day support and collaborating across departments to maintain service levels.

The role focuses on resolving queries quickly, updating clients clearly, and driving continuous improvement of the client experience within a busy helpdesk environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or client support leadership role.
• Experience within a B2B distribution, workwear, PPE, or related industry is advantageous.
• Experience using a ticketing system, e.g. HubSpot, Zendesk.
• Experience in a high-ticket, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Team support: collaborate with the Client Support Team to ensure accountability and strong customer service.
• Customer experience: provide a consistently high level of service across all touchpoints and update customers promptly.
• Helpdesk and operational support: manage enquiries, orders, back orders, service requests and tickets efficiently.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes with Operations, Procurement, Finance and IT.
• Service performance: help meet the department's standards and review feedback to identify improvements.
