Inspired Thinking Group in Nottingham is seeking an Account Executive to support a key client, coordinating briefs from capture to delivery. You will act as a central point of contact across internal teams, ensuring timely progress, accuracy, and high-quality service.

You will handle admin tasks, WIP management, invoicing, and reporting, while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong service mindset and customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Able to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Remain calm and confident handling challenging situations.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Mediacentre for artwork coordination.
• Experience managing end-to-end studio briefing processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage data, artwork and print briefs using our cutting-edge technology.
• Validate information supplied by the client to ensure accuracy of briefing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for projects, end to end.
• Stay on top of Work In Progress (WIP) management, ensuring timely project progression.
• Handle invoicing and month-end tasks efficiently.
• Address client needs / concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide support on content and production work within the team.
• Stock management and reporting.
