Optima Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive Client Account Manager in Weybridge to oversee key client relationships and ensure high standards of service and delivery. You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing account management and offboarding.

• Client onboarding and offboarding: Manage onboarding for new clients and coordinate offboarding professionally.
• Client relationship management: Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain regular communication.
• Communication and coordination: Manage incoming client enquiries and route to internal teams.
• Proactive issue resolution: Identify potential concerns and provide solutions with internal teams.
• Internal collaboration: Lead regular meetings with department heads to review client feedback and improve service delivery.
• Task and deadline management: Monitor tasks for internal teams and ensure timely completion.
• Client support and development: Contribute to client wellbeing and development initiatives.
