Job Description:

BlueVoyant is seeking a Client Success Manager for the EMEA/UK region to enhance our Client Success Team's efficiency and lead the Managed Security Service experience for our clients. This role involves managing client portfolios, leading initiatives to improve processes, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Portfolio Management: Manage EMEA customer risk, adoption, retention, and expansion, including escalations.
  2. CSM Initiatives: Lead projects to improve team processes and outcomes.
  3. Customer Adoption: Analyze usage data to identify improvement areas.
  4. Training and Development: Oversee training programs for EMEA CSMs.
  5. Drive Team Success: Motivate and mentor the team to meet targets.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Oversee client relationships from onboarding to steady state, including direct management of key accounts.
  7. Operational Interface: Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure service quality and handle client risks.
  8. Client Satisfaction & Renewals: Enhance client experience and drive successful renewals.
  9. Client Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote client participation in case studies, marketing, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  10. Strategic Planning: Provide cybersecurity guidance and develop retention strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience in CSM or TAM management and customer portfolio management.
  • Risk management experience.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge; third-party risk and Microsoft experience are a plus.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and improve team performance.
  • Strong communication skills to define and execute service improvement plans.
