We’re not looking for someone to “manage accounts.”
We’re looking for a strategic operator who wants to own outcomes, deliver results, and scale into a leadership position as we grow.

We're a fast-moving startup agency that helps AI & automation and SMMA agencies build client acquisition systems that get results.

We do it by leading with value:

  • We start with outbound outreach
  • Send leads to a free community where we build trust
  • Then move them into a paid community or high-ticket done-for-you service
  • And for those in the paid tier, we nurture them into high-ticket clients as well

And you will be the person at the heart of it all—guiding and delivering for the high-ticket clients we bring in.

This is a full-time, high-ownership role.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, and if you prove your value, you’ll grow into the Head of Client Success, managing your own team and owning a share of the company’s success.

What You'll Be Doing
  • The moment we close a deal, you step in.
  • Run onboarding calls with new clients and build rapport
  • Conduct thorough niche and market research (not AI-generated fluff—real, paid-level research)
  • Use that research to refine their offer and positioning
  • Choose and outline the right client acquisition system (e.g., DMs, email, LinkedIn, or ads)
  • Delegate execution tasks (GHL builds, automations, etc.)
  • Personally execute key tasks where needed
  • Guide the client’s sales process using our internal SOPs
  • Maintain client communication, manage expectations, and drive results
  • Constantly look for ways to improve our systems and upgrade delivery
Our Systems Have Your Back (But Not Your Limits)

You’ll get proven SOPs for outreach systems, offer creation, and sales support—so you won’t be thrown in blind. But that doesn’t mean we’re looking for a robot.

We expect you to challenge, optimize, and improve how we do things. You’re not just following a checklist—you’re helping build the engine.

  • A strategist who can also execute—you understand business, but you also get your hands dirty

We're a tight team of five, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up and build with us.

Job Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in marketing strategy, service delivery, or client operations
  • Strong background in offer creation, copywriting, and communication
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Google Sheets
  • Ability to delegate and execute with confidence
  • Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, Canva, Notion, or ad platforms
  • Past experience in a digital agency, tech startup, or consulting environment is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Full-time availability is required
