This is a full-time, high-ownership role.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, and if you prove your value, you’ll grow into the Head of Client Success, managing your own team and owning a share of the company’s success.
You’ll get proven SOPs for outreach systems, offer creation, and sales support—so you won’t be thrown in blind. But that doesn’t mean we’re looking for a robot.
We expect you to challenge, optimize, and improve how we do things. You’re not just following a checklist—you’re helping build the engine.
