Creative Recruitment in London is seeking an ambitious Client Manager to lead day-to-day client projects and collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality work for top brands.

Ideal candidates will have experience in branding or design agencies, exceptional client servicing and strong project management capabilities, with a track record of managing timelines and budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger, global projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and project plans.
• Manage timelines, budgets, proposals and project workflows.
• Work closely with Designers, Strategists, Production and Realisation teams.
• Present briefs, proposals and work to clients and manage feedback.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support account growth and identify opportunities across existing clients.
• Assist with forecasting, invoicing and general account administration.

We’re working with an exciting independent design agency to help them find an ambitious and enthusiastic Client Manager to join their London team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within a branding, design or creative agency who enjoys managing projects, building strong client relationships and working closely with creative teams to deliver high-quality work.

Location: London

Salary: £35,000–£40,000

Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the studio

THE ROLE

As Client Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects and workflows, acting as a key point of contact for your accounts.

You will:

• Manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger, global projects


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams


• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and project plans


• Manage timelines, budgets, proposals, quotes and project workflows


• Work closely with Designers, Strategists, Production and Realisation teams


• Present briefs, proposals and work to clients and manage feedback


• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget


• Support account growth and identify opportunities across existing clients


• Assist with forecasting, invoicing and general account administration

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and commercially minded, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Previous experience within a design agency, working with FMCG clients on packaging design projects


• Strong client servicing and project management experience


• Experience working across large-scale or global brands


• An understanding of how brands operate across multiple touchpoints


• The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once


• A confident, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
