Join Epsilon as a Client Success Director, utilizing your digital media skills to lead key retail partnerships. This hybrid position involves engaging with stakeholders, delivering training, and driving account growth in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a Client Success Director at Epsilon, you will lead all areas of a key retailer partnership for Epsilon. From training their internal teams to understanding the benefits of unified platform. You will be tasked with becoming a key partner within their retail media function. You will be making recommendations including the trading and ecommerce sales divisions, through to helping support their suppliers to get the best out of platform. You will be expected to work closely with our CIE’s & product teams to ensure communication is shared amongst the business and targets met. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in office).What You’ll AchieveIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop expertise in digital media, commerce, project management, and consultative account leadership.
