Job Description

How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a Client Success Director at Epsilon, you will lead all areas of a key retailer partnership for Epsilon. From training their internal teams to understanding the benefits of unified platform. You will be tasked with becoming a key partner within their retail media function. You will be making recommendations including the trading and ecommerce sales divisions, through to helping support their suppliers to get the best out of platform. You will be expected to work closely with our CIE’s & product teams to ensure communication is shared amongst the business and targets met. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in office).What You’ll AchieveIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop expertise in digital media, commerce, project management, and consultative account leadership. Epsilon offers continuous learning opportunities, positioning you for career advancement and leadership roles within a dynamic and evolving industry. Other duties include:

  • Negotiating renewals & growing the account by upselling across Epsilon’s full range of digital retail media capabilities.
  • Build key stakeholder relationships from C-Suite down
  • Running QBRs that leverage insight & business acumen to uncover business needs
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss success, areas for growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Create best practice guidelines, support and train in ternal teams and ensure that the retailer has all the resources required to grow.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Strong retail media, ecommerce and digital knowledge
    • 5+ years previous experience within supplier/retailer sector
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Solution oriented mindset
    • Excellent presentation and influencing skills
    • Strong organizational skills

    • 5+ years of Account/Client Management experience
    • Digital & supplier Media experience
    • Previous experience using the onsite retail media technology
    • Expertise in negotiation
