Job summary

Cognitive Credit is a fast-growing fintech delivering analytics for global credit investors. We seek an entry level Information Analyst to support document management for our Client Success team and to maintain client-facing reports.

The role offers exposure to credit markets and interaction with senior analysts, with opportunities to grow into client ownership or a data analyst path. Right to Work in UK is required, and the team emphasizes efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage client delivery data and documents.
• Own and update data sets for private credit issuers across coverage universes.
• Control access to private data sites for approved clients.
• Ensure only authorized clients access private credit models.
• Review and reconcile incoming client coverage lists.
• Communicate requirements and outcomes clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and escalate issues as needed.
