Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage client delivery data and documents.
• Own and update data sets for private credit issuers across coverage universes.

• Communicate requirements and outcomes clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and escalate issues as needed.

Cognitive Credit is the fastest growing specialist credit data provider across the US, UK & Europe. We are a financial technology company that works with the world’s largest investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.

We are looking for an entry level Information Analyst to join our Client Success team, focused on document management.

The Information Analyst will be responsible for maintaining a range of financial reports for the entirety of the private credit issuers within our coverage universes.

We are looking for a candidate with sharp attention to detail, great collaborative working style and desire to continuously improve processes. They will work closely with the wider Client Success team, including the Senior / Lead Data & Client Success Analysts. This position reports to the Client Success Leadership team and has great exposure to working directly with colleagues with vast experiences within credit markets and financial services.

This role offers regular exposure to clients and a unique opportunity to build the skills needed to either progress into a client-facing role with account ownership or pursue a career as a Data Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Keeping processes in sync to ensure timely and accurate client delivery
• Owning and maintaining data sets, maintaining documents available to clients for each of our private credit issuers within the multiple coverage universes, to ensure the latest information presented to clients is up to date and accurate.
• Managing access to multiple private data sites
• Ensuring only our approved clients have access to the private credit models
• Reviewing and reconciling incoming client coverage lists
• Clearly communicate requirements and outcomes to clients
• Work closely with Client Success Managers and elevate to them when client issues require their input
