Job summary
UTEC, a part of Acteon Geo Services, is seeking a Client Support Manager in Wokingham to nurture existing customer relationships and expand service offerings. You will troubleshoot post-installation issues, drive proactive after-sales strategies, and identify opportunities for spare parts, service interventions and upgrades.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in after-sales/technical support in structural monitoring, offshore or oil & gas preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural health monitoring systems and data management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and expand offerings.
- Design and implement an after-sales plan with regular check-ins and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with Installation & Commissioning teams for aligned timelines and expectations.
- Conduct proactive technology assessments and prepare tailored upgrade proposals.
- Track warranty periods and pursue extended coverage and add-on services.
- Provide high-quality technical support post-installation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
