Job summary

UTEC Geo Services, part of Acteon Geo Services, is seeking a Client Support Manager based in Wokingham to deepen customer relationships and expand after-sales opportunities across our structural monitoring portfolio.

You will lead proactive after-sales strategies, coordinate with Installation & Commissioning teams, provide post-installation technical support, gather feedback for product improvements, and identify revenue growth through spare parts, maintenance, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in after-sales or technical support in structural monitoring, offshore, or oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand customer relationships to identify value-added opportunities.
• Plan and implement structured after-sales activities.
• Coordinate with Installation & Commissioning teams for aligned plans.
• Provide prompt technical support post-installation and help troubleshoot.
• Prepare quotations for sales opportunities and service packages.
• Oversee rental equipment revenue generation and identify new rental opportunities.
