    Association Meeting Planning
    1. Responsible for assisting with meeting planning – including communication with speakers, sponsors, and attendees
    2. Assist with execution of conventions, board meetings, and continuing education seminars
    3. Attend association functions, assist with registration, and other team duties
    4. Responsible for securing continuing education credits for meetings
    5. Prepare meeting minutes
    6. Prepare expense reports for meetings
    Association Administrative Duties
    1. Keep a complete calendar of association functions and projects
    2. Maintain files on all associations
    3. Research and draft articles for newsletters, data entry, assist with layout and design, maintain photo files, verify information, maintain stationery inventory – orders, etc.

    5. Write bulletins and summarization sheets for clients regarding pertinent information
    6. Create and distribute news releases as needed for clients
    7. Assist with proofreading all work
    8. Make follow-up calls as needed by the Executive Director
    9. Assist with budgets for association events, maintaining variance amounts for future use
    10. During legislative sessions, provide government relations assistance as needed
    11. Work with the Government Relations department to do legislative research for newsletters, press releases, etc.
    12. Work with the Board of Directors for associations – written and oral communication
    13. Minute-taking at board meetings
    14. Maintain social media accounts
    15. Work with association committees
    16. Coordinate webinars with association clients
    Association Membership Duties
    1. Learn and maintain association data in the management system
    2. Assist with designing plans of action for membership drives
    3. Assist with developing membership packages (welcome letter, brochure, etc.)
    4. Responsible for communicating membership information to members
    5. Produce Membership Rosters as required by associations
    6. Membership retention efforts
    7. Work with the team to produce the Legislative Guidebook
