You will support UK and international agency sales with data-driven insights, ensuring excellent service from initial contact through post-campaign analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management at a media or technology company with TV/digital advertising exposure.
• Self-starter who can work independently in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication to manage client relationships and present results.
• Strong analytics to provide campaign insights to audiences.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate long-lasting client partnerships via strong relationship-building.
• Advise UK and international agency sales teams using data and capabilities to inform campaigns.
• Provide outstanding client service throughout sales and post-sales processes.
• Manage each campaign phase efficiently and transparently, updating sales and clients.
• Deliver post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations to drive revenue.
