Job summary

Samsung is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in the UK to drive client partnerships and optimise campaigns across Samsung Ads platforms (TV, mobile, desktop). You will support UK and international agency sales, leverage data to advise on strategies, and deliver exceptional service through the full campaign lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, a robust analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management at a media or technology company with TV advertising, digital media and/or advertising platforms.
• Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present campaign results to advertisers.
• Superior analytical skills to provide campaign insights to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leverage communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate long-lasting client partnerships.
• Advise UK and international agency sales teams using data and capabilities to optimize campaign strategies.
• Provide outstanding client service throughout sales and post-sales, responding quickly to requests.
• Manage each campaign phase efficiently and transparently, keeping sales and clients updated.
• Provide post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations to drive revenue.
