Job summary

GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists in London is seeking a Property & Accounts Manager to own a mixed residential and commercial portfolio, coordinating property management, financial administration and day-to-day operations. You will liaise with tenants, agents and contractors to keep properties well managed, ensure accurate financial tracking in Xero, and deliver timely management reports.

• Property management or property accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Xero and financial record management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
