Job summary

One Ten Associates is partnering with a growing private equity platform to recruit a hands-on Property Accountant who will own day-to-day property accounting across a European portfolio. You will work closely with senior management and the asset management team to drive accuracy and timeliness.

With 2–5 years of property accounting experience and professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE), you will manage payables, receivables, rent collections and reconciliation, and support process

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on property accounting experience.
• Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience (QBE).
• Strong Excel skills and an understanding of property accounting, rent rolls and reconciliations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, rent collections and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records across property-holding SPVs.
• Prepare property-level management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with asset managers, external administrators and local European accountants.
• Support process improvements as the portfolio continues to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Property Accountant to join at an early stage of the platform’s growth, taking ownership of day-to-day property accounting across a European portfolio while working closely with senior management and the wider asset management team.
