Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Head of Client Accounts in Earlsfield (SW18) to lead the Client Accounts function, ensuring accurate handling of client money and compliance within a residential property management setting. • Confident communicator with Directors and senior stakeholders.
• ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent qualification, or experience managing client money audits and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Client Accounts function, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliations and control of client money.
• Oversee client account banking, payments, month-end reporting, accounts payable and payroll.
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with Client Money Protection, SafeAgent standards and relevant legislation.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex client accounting and financial matters.
• Lead, manage and develop the Client Accounts team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Improve systems and processes across Reapit, Xero and other financial systems to increase accuracy, efficiency and automation.

Job Title: Head Of Client Accounts

An experienced Head of Client Accounting is required to lead the Client Accounts function of a successful property business based in Earlsfield, taking responsibility for the accurate, compliant and efficient management of client money and financial processes. Previous experience in property management accounts essential!

Location: Earlsfield, SW18

Salary: OTE: £60,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This senior operational role will oversee client accounting, reconciliations, payments, compliance, reporting and financial controls, while leading the Client Accounts team and working closely with Directors and senior departments to resolve complex matters and improve systems and processes.

Our client is seeking an experienced accounting professional but is also looking for an individual who has previously worked with property management and client accounts.

Previous managerial and supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage.
