Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of an office refurbishment project from planning to handover.
• Act as the client-side representative with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate programmes, resources, risks and budgets to meet milestones.
• Communicate updates to diverse audiences and manage expectations.
• Identify issues and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Monitor quality and compliance to meet client requirements.
• Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.
