Talent Motion in London is seeking an Associate Director – Mechanical Building Services Engineering to lead the Design & Projects team on client-side projects for major commercial properties. You will drive design from concept through to detailed stage 4, collaborating with internal clients and the wider M&E team to deliver high-profile estates.

The role offers hybrid working from a central London office or the option to work from home, with a strong pipeline and clear progression opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP building services design and project leadership.
• Client-facing project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients.
• Manage projects with support from the M&E team and drive design from concept through stage 4.
