Job summary

GLAS seeks an Operations specialist to manage client transactions (loans and bonds) with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate with the EMEA Client Services Team, input data in SOLVAS, and handle funds flow, payments and notices for borrowers and lenders.

Responsibilities include managing drawdowns, rate fixes, redemptions, and maturities, while ensuring compliance with documentation and deadlines. Experience with financial operations and strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with EMEA Client Services Team and manage operational aspects of GLAS client transactions.
• Process all operational steps within deadlines and for a specific portfolio of Loans/Bonds.
• Act as primary operational contact for Borrowers and Lenders on assigned transactions.
• Manage drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixes, pre-payments, redemptions and maturities.
• Input data into SOLVAS and generate notices to Borrowers/Lenders within timeframes.
• Handle funds flow, payments via Barclays.Net and foreign exchange as appropriate.
• Calculate repayments, interest, fees including PIK and non-pro rata events; reconcile accounts.
• Handle transfers and ensure compliance with transaction documentation.
