Job summary

TransPerfect London is seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator in our Client Services team. You will respond to client requests, prepare cost and timeline estimates, and coordinate with production to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of translation projects.

You’ll also liaise with clients and internal teams while maintaining ISO-compliant processes. We value strong communication, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives and coordinate with production.
• Produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests.
• Initiate project work with budgets, schedules and instructions for the team.
• Ensure issues are resolved with clients before submission to production.
• Monitor progress, communicate deadlines and maintain ISO compliance.
• Act as liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
