Job summary

YunoJuno is seeking a Localisation Project Executive to lead translation delivery for a fashion/retail ecommerce client. You will collaborate with the Post Production and Studios Team to produce high-quality translations that fit the brand voice and cultural expectations.

You will manage external agencies, CAT tools, and glossaries, ensuring quality, deadlines, and consistency. Multilingual capabilities are a plus, with hybrid work in London.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as localisation or translation project manager in fashion or retail ecommerce.
• Experience using CAT tools and project management platforms like Monday.com and Smartling.
• Strong understanding of fashion and culture; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support translation and transcreation across website and channels.
• Ensure localised content is consistent with brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers.
• Coordinate with external translation agencies and oversee global product copy translations.
• Sense-check English content for international markets.
• Manage day-to-day content selection for transcreation and back-translation reviews.
• Oversee BAU workstreams, set deadlines, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain communication with agencies and ensure high-quality translation.
• Liaise with stakeholders, upload documents to CAT tools, review completed work.
• Assist editing and uploading glossaries and block-list terms.

Our client is looking for a Localisation Project Executive to play a vital role in managing the efficient delivery of site translations. This position requires a candidate who can work collaboratively within the Post Production and broader Studios Team to produce high-quality translations that resonate with the brand voice and cultural expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Support all translation and transcreation business streams across the website and various channel
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of all localised work in alignment with clients tone of voic
• Collaborate with multiple teams, business stakeholders, and project manager
• Liaise with external translation agencies and oversee the global translation of product copy and creative conten
• Sense-check English-language content for international market
• Manage day-to-day content selection for transcreation and review English back-translation
• Oversee the BAU workstreams, setting deadlines, and troubleshooting issue
• Maintain seamless communication with external agencies and ensure high-quality, on-brand translation
• Liaise with business stakeholders, upload documents to the CAT tool system, and review completed work before delivery
• Support editing and uploading glossaries and block list terms.

Role requirements:

• Previous experience as a localisation or translation project manager, preferably in the fashion or retail ecommerce industry.
• Experience using CAT tools and project management software like Monday.com and Smartling.
• Strong understanding of fashion and culture.
• Additional spoken languages beneficial, preferably French or German.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
