The Role: Graduate Sales Executive (Onboarding Team)

This role sits within the Onboarding Team, which acts as the first point of contact for new client enquiries. These are warm, pre-qualified leads – often high-net-worth individuals – who are actively exploring how to move funds internationally.

Your responsibility is to:

  1. Initiate professional, high-trust conversations with new leads
  2. Understand their financial goals and international payment needs. Build rapport and guide them through how the service works
  3. Convert interest into committed clients, ready for long-term support

Once qualified, clients are handed over to a senior currency trader for ongoing account management – but your role is foundational. You’ll set the tone, establish trust, and ensure clients feel confident moving forward.

This is a phone-based, consultative sales role. You’re not reading scripts – you’re navigating nuanced conversations with emotionally and financially invested individuals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role suits someone who thrives on high-quality conversation, professional influence, and trusted guidance. You might have experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or another client-facing environment – and now you're ready to take those interpersonal skills into a more commercial, rewarding setting.

  • How to convert HNW leads through consultative selling
  • Objection handling, call structure, and performance management. Weekly coaching sessions and feedback loops

This is a performance-led culture, but equally collaborative and supportive.

The business is scaling rapidly, with a 40% growth rate last year and ambitious plans to double headcount in the next 36 months. That creates clear and achievable progression pathways, including:

  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Currency Trading (with further training)

Many graduates are promoted within 9–12 months, with some moving into senior roles within two years.

  • Promotion Track: Up to £32,500 base / £40,000 OTE within 9–12 months. Top performers earned £50,000+ last year
