Job Opportunity: Client Services Manager

Glu Recruit is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our client's award-winning Marketing and Communications Team as a Client Services Manager. Join one of Yorkshire's most successful marketing agencies and make a difference through impactful campaigns in health, sustainable travel, equality, and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior relationships with key stakeholders across all clients.
  • Understand client challenges at a senior level and lead strategies to meet their needs, generating new project opportunities.
  • Develop and execute client relationship strategies to foster business growth.
  • Line manage the Marketing Communications Team Manager.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop client plans and attract new projects.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client understanding.
  • Drive engagement and involve team members in strategic initiatives.
  • Work with the MD and Operations Manager to identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Support and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
  • Regularly check in with Account Managers to address client issues and develop case studies.
  • Promote and embody the company's values.
  • Contribute actively to the Business Development team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in building strong client relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities aligned with company values.
  • At least 6 years of marketing experience.
  • In-depth experience across multiple channels including Digital, Design, Campaigns, Motion, and Research/Strategy.
  • A proactive, driven approach with a proven record of meeting KPIs/targets.
  • Problem-solving skills employing creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
  • Understanding of behaviour change marketing.
