We’re hiring a Head of Client Services to join a high-growth B2B digital business that’s already turning heads in their industry...and they’re only just getting started.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll take the reins on key client relationships, guide a small but driven client team, and help shape the way this agency scales in 2025 and beyond.

About the Company:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning relationships with some of their most valuable clients. You’ll be the face of the agency when it counts.
  • Leading strategic conversations and ensuring commercial goals are met (and exceeded).
  • Mentoring and managing a small team of client execs, offering guidance, structure, and the benefit of your experience.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across every touchpoint.
  • Playing an active role in the Huddersfield office 3 days a week, building team culture and staying close to the action.

What They’re Looking For:

You’ve likely cut your teeth in a digital agency or similar environment and are comfortable leading the charge with big-brand clients. You’re commercially minded but emotionally intelligent, with a knack for bringing people together and lifting standards across the board.
