Job summary

Source4 Personnel Solutions is seeking a highly organised Client Services Executive to manage client projects from sales handover through to delivery in Reading. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, support the Sales team with quotations and project updates, and coordinate with internal teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced client services or account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage live client orders and projects from start to delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Support Sales with quotations, enquiries, and project updates.
• Provide clients with production and delivery updates.
• Offer guidance to support client decisions with commercial awareness.
• Escalate concerns when required and coordinate with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
