Ryan LLC in Media City, Salford, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our Property Tax team. You will be the primary contact for client service matters, ensuring swift resolutions and clear communication while maintaining accurate client records.

You will identify upsell opportunities, handle inquiries across channels, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

• Drive Growth Through Relationships: understand client needs and proactively recommend solutions that enhance their experience, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that genuinely add value, and conduct structured outreach to strengthen client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Manage Inbound Enquiries: respond promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels, provide clear, accurate information and confidently escalated complex queries where required, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
