Job summary

Tetra Tech Occupational Health in Dunton, Essex, is seeking a Client Services Co-ordinator on a 3 month contract, 2 days per week, to support the delivery of occupational health services. You will manage appointments, communications, invoicing and reporting, working closely with clinicians and clients to maintain accurate records and uphold service standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional phone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Desirable: experience in occupational health or healthcare administration.

• Coordinate appointments, communications, invoicing and reporting.
