Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a personable Client Services Consultant to join our Residential Agency team in London. You will be the first point of contact for sellers and landlords, managing enquiries and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact through to completion of transactions.

You will onboard new clients, perform AML/ID checks where applicable, and coordinate with vendors, landlords and CBRE colleagues to progress sales or lets. Strong CRM and IT skills are required.

• Experience in client services or business development in residential agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and IT literacy.

Responsibilities
