Job summary

Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking an administrator to join the Client Servicing team in a finance-focused environment. Training is provided and prior industry experience is not essential, with a passion to learn and grow a worthwhile career.

The role supports the Financial Team with CRM updates, document reviews, and client queries, working 9am–5pm, 35 hours per week, on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Financial Services
• Confident phone manner and dealing with clients
• Keen to develop and learn
• High level of attention to detail
• Highly organised and works with a proactive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent IT Skills
• Approaches work positively with a can-do attitude and take responsibility for own tasks
• Manages time effectively and can work within set timescales
• Works well as an individual and as part of a large team

Responsibilities

• Updating client personal information onto our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Review letter completion
• Complete full annual review advice set on our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Protection quotations through Solution builder app
• Answering of incoming office calls
• Supporting with any broader general office support
• Supporting with client generic queries
